On and offsite filing

Our filing processes are in consultation with our clients because every client is unique and the solutions we provide are in relation to their specific requirements. Be it on-site, at the client's premises or off-site at our records centres, the filing process is the same. We make use of durable filing stationery to provide that clean and neat finish.

Onsite document storage is for clients who have adequate and well built records centres and intend to have records stored at their premises. 
All within the security permissions and requirements that suit the operations of the client, and ensure that the client information is protected fully. Managing records onsite is about having a system that works for the entire organisation and ensures that day to day operations are carried on efficiently and effectively, this is enhanced by having staff client staff are trained in the operational system as set up by Archive-It services.


Offsite archiving

We have conveniently located purpose built records centres in Workington Harare, as well as in Thorngrove Bulawayo. With a combined storage capacity of over 5,000sqm, we are positioned to cater for a large clientele base.
